Hope Alliance Foundation-HAF is a non for profit and non-governmental organization which was founded in 2012 and registered in 2013 with focus on upscaling the provision of SRHR services for key populations

Our work encompasses the provision of Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights Services, Mental Health, Human Right Advocacy, Socio-Economic Development, Capacity Building and Psychosocial Support for key population groups, persons living with HIV and other marginalized communities who forms part of our targets groups

HAF undertakes its mandate in partnership with both local and international stakeholders, representatives of its targets groups, service providers its works with, donor agencies and allies who support its work

Leadership Structure

Hope Alliance Foundation is governed by committed experts including representatives of marginalized communities on its Board of Directors who understand the organization’s dynamics and ensures that it abides by best practices in all of its operational areas. Our management team consists of the Finance & Admin Manager, Programs Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and is led by the Executive Director

Provides coaching and technical support to the management team to enable them deliver their mandate effectively, they also review project and interventions the organization implement to help ensure it aligns with its aims and objectives and also participate in activities where necessary and ensure its expertise is being put to bear

Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the success and leadership of the organization. He oversees the design and implementation of all programs and ensures that they align with the organization’s aims and objectives and also works directly with the board and management to formulate realistic annual budget for the organization, while ensuring that the organization complies with all legislation taxation covering. He reports to the board directly and also represents the organization at high-level meetings, and is also responsible for staffs and volunteer welfare

Finance & Admins Manager

Is responsible for managing and disbursing of the organization’s funds, including effecting payment both internally and externally according to its financial policy and also serves as signatory to designated bank accounts of the organization, including project related ones and ensures there is proper documentation and records keeping of all financial data.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Iis responsible for data management and evaluation of project the organization implement to help ensure it is achieving stated goals and objective of project

Our Aims & Objectives

To provide supplementary information on SRHR services to our targets groups both online and offline and offer them linkages and referrals to appropriate healthcare services

To provide mental health services including psychosocial counselling, peer support and referrals for key population groups and marginalized communities

To offer knowledge management through BCC materials development and distribution both online and offline to our targets groups

To provide safe spaces which support mobilizing, organizing and convening for marginalized communities and key population groups

To provide capacity building and socio- economic empowermnt for marginalized communities through the design and implementation of tailored interventions

To promote and protect the respect and freedoms of marginalized communities and other key populations groups through the design and implementation of human rights interventions
